• Arrive 15 minutes early for spa appointments.
• A 24-hour notice is required for hair appointment cancellations. 48-hour notice for Spa.
• A 25 percent service charge for no shows without cancellation.
• Men receiving wet treatments are required to wear swimwear or spa-issued disposable boxers.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment may be canceled.
• Payment: We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, debit cards and L'Vida Gift Cards. Our fee for returned checks is $30.
• Gratuities: Your personal recommendation is our best reward. However, if you wish to tip your technician, envelopes are available at the front desk. Please do not tip the technician directly.
