- A 25 percent service charge for no shows without cancellation.
- Men receiving wet treatments are required to wear swimwear
or spa-issued disposable boxers.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment,
your appointment may be canceled.
- Payment: We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards,
debit cards and L'Vida Gift Cards. Our fee for returned checks is $30.
- Gratuities: Your personal recommendation is our
best reward. However, if you wish to tip your technician, envelopes are
available at the front desk. Please do not tip the technician directly.
